Data Use and Licensing

Market Pulse Scope offers free online viewing of published price pages for individual reference. Viewing a price, chart, or historical table does not transfer ownership of the underlying data or grant a license to copy the database.

The published price analysis tools are currently available at no charge. Free access does not remove account-based download limits or grant permission for bulk copying or redistribution.

Permitted access

You may view public pages through the ordinary website interface and use individual observations for your own reference, subject to applicable law and any rights held by third-party data providers. Any account-based download feature remains subject to its separate access limits. A download does not grant redistribution rights.

Uses requiring prior written permission

Unless Market Pulse Scope has expressly authorized you in writing, you may not systematically scrape or harvest prices, use automated access to reconstruct a substantial part of the database, create a mirror or competing price service from the data, copy or redistribute bulk datasets, sublicense the data, or commercially redistribute price histories, charts, or database extracts. Normal indexing by general-purpose search engines in accordance with our published crawling controls is not prohibited by this paragraph.

Third-party rights

Some observations are derived from public web sources or third-party providers. Market Pulse Scope does not claim ownership of third-party material and cannot grant permissions beyond the rights it actually holds. A separate license or permission from the original rights holder may be required even if Market Pulse Scope approves a proposed use. Where third-party terms are more restrictive, those terms may apply.

Accuracy and availability

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided for reference only, not as financial or purchasing advice. Access to a page or a previously available download is not a promise of continuing availability.
